At our studio, we believe that gratitude can be a powerful tool to free ourselves from those heavy feelings of self-judgment. We practice gratitude IN EVERY CLASS!

By embracing gratitude, we shift our focus from what we think we should be to appreciating who we are and what we’re capable of in each moment. This practice of being thankful for our bodies and each step of our journey creates a sense of ease and acceptance that can feel truly liberating.

Simple Tips for Letting Go of Self-Judgment Through Gratitude

1. Focus on How You Feel, Not How You Look: Instead of worrying about whether you’re “doing it right,” tune into how the movement feels. Appreciate the strength, flexibility, and flow you’re cultivating in your body.

2. Journal Your Journey: After each class, write down one thing you’re grateful for. It could be the progress you made, the joy you felt, or the connections you’ve built with others. This simple habit helps you focus on the positive and see your growth more clearly.

3. Be Kind to Yourself: When self-doubt arises, respond with kindness. Replace harsh words with gentle affirmations: “I’m doing my best,” or “Every step forward is progress.” This shifts your focus from judgment to appreciation.
