Nature doesn’t bloom all year long, and neither do we.
There are seasons when we’re full of fire and forward motion. We show up, step up, say yes, and give generously. And there are seasons where we pull back. Quiet down. Let ourselves be held.
Neither is better. Neither is wrong. They simply work together.
Giving and receiving are part of a cycle. Like day and night. Like inhale and exhale. One fuels the other. One cannot be sustained without the other.
At the studio, we learn this in motion. Some days, your energy is magnetic—you offer encouragement, creativity, light. Other days, you come in low and let the music carry you. You receive space, softness, and grace.
Both are valid. Both are brave.
The deeper work isn’t just in how much we give, but in how deeply we trust the rhythm of our needs.
So this month, I invite you to ask:
🌿 Am I honoring the season I’m in or fighting it?
🌿 Is it time to pour out or refill?
🌿 What might shift if I trusted the cycle, instead of resisting it?
It’s okay to grow slowly.
It’s okay to rest before the next bloom.
It’s okay to receive, not because you’ve earned it, but because you’re human.
You don’t have to force the season you’re not in. You just have to trust that each one has something for you.
With love,
XOXO
