Relationships…my forte. One of the core ingredients to a healthy, long-lasting relationship, whether with friends, family, or colleagues, is the balance of giving and receiving. It’s more than just exchanging gifts; it’s about the emotional and supportive exchange that keeps the connection strong…plus of course, understanding how to communicate with one another…but I will save that for another newsletter.

The Joy of Giving
When we think about giving, it’s easy to picture birthdays, holidays, or special surprises. But in any relationship, giving is so much more. It’s about being there for your friend when they need to talk, understanding their love language, helping a colleague with a project, or showing appreciation to a family member.
