Frequently Asked Questions

Ages 18+ looking to explore their feminine energy.

Pole Class Attire:  Please bring a yoga mat. Wear fitness attire and shorts. If it’s cold, you can wear shorts underneath leggings, but shorts for pole is a must! No lotion or jewelry, and class is done barefoot. Please enter through the front door, take off your shoes to walk across the dance floor, and put your belongings in the cubbies.

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Classes are not guaranteed as you may get waitlisted for a class.

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 12 hours prior to the scheduled class to be considered Early Cancel.

In the event a class is cancelled within the 12 hour window before the scheduled class, it will be considered a Late Cancel.

If a member late cancels for a class, there will be a late cancellation fee of $12.00 billed to their member account.

If a non-member late cancels for a class, they will forfeit the class (whether from a prepaid intro offer, package, or Groupon).

After the left turn at the light,  make a right behind Mattress Firm into the parking lot and there will be an opening into our parking lot and Dream Dance Fitness is all the way at the end. If you miss it, go down two lights and make a U-Turn.
