Misha thrives on the sensuality of movement, believing that fitness can be a captivating journey that not only burns calories but also ignites the senses.
Michelle has been dancing since before she could walk. She has studied all styles of dance including: ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, and ballroom, since she is two. Growing up immersed in the world of dance and sports, Michelle intuitively grasped the profound significance of health and fitness. This understanding, cultivated from an early age, laid the foundation for her inspiring fitness journey. Finding Zumba® Fitness at 18 she knew that she could very easily show the importance of health and fitness through a fun and different form of exercise. After getting her certification in Zumba, Michelle also became a pole dance instructor as she loved how pole dance incorporated fitness and sensual dance into one.
