Alicia believes that movement plays an essential role in unifying the body, mind, and spirit. She perceives dancing as a means of empowering oneself. Having been a member, apprentice, and now an instructor, her goal is to enable others to step into their power and thrive at Dream Dance Fitness.

My name is Liz, and I have been a certified trainer for the past 15 years.

As a child, I was involved in several different sports and activities, but was drawn more to dance and swimming. I guess you can say that I've always been active and full of energy! I enjoy the challenge of trying something new and pushing my body to see what I am capable of achieving.

When I'm not training, I work as a behavioral analyst. I have the unique ability to shape the body and the mind. It's the best of both worlds! In my free time, you can find me exploring the outdoors with my two children or partaking in rock climbing.

Serena has been an integral part of the Dream Dance Fitness community, initially as a student and later as a dedicated apprentice to become a Dream Dance Fitness instructor.

Melanie has been an aerialist for a few years. She loves the supportive and empowering community that DDF provides. She’s always willing to try new things, and her main love is pole dancing, as it brings confidence and sexy into her creativity.

Vanessa

Vanessa

Vanessa discovered pole dancing in 2021 in the DDF intro series, starting with no prior dance experience and recently completed her apprenticeship in 2025. Since starting at DDF, this transformative journey has sparked her passion for movement, empowerment, strength training and self-expression while being a mental health advocate. Through her classes, she aims to create a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all levels can explore their potential, gain confidence, and celebrate their unique strengths.

Although pole dance has been Aisha's primary workout over the past six years, you can still find her dabbling in strength training, kickboxing, and softball.
