Change doesn’t always come with a warning. One day you just notice things feel different — the pace, the people, even the way you think about yourself.
It’s easy to want to control it, to hold on to what feels safe. But real growth asks for something harder…trust.
Trust that what’s shifting is guiding you somewhere better.
Trust that even if it feels uncomfortable now, you’re not losing yourself, you’re meeting a new version of you.
We talk a lot about “embracing change,” but that’s not always easy. Sometimes it looks more like letting go of timelines, plans, or old stories about who you were supposed to be. It’s sitting in the in-between and saying, I don’t have all the answers, but I believe I’ll find my way.
That’s what self-compassion really is: choosing to trust yourself even when everything else feels uncertain.
So if you’re in a season of change, let this be your reminder:
You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just becoming.
And trust, will get you through the parts that don’t make sense yet. 🌿
With love,
XOXO
