Did you know that solving problems helps you achieve happiness? It’s because your brain processes progress and equates it to happiness.
This is why constant instant gratification isn’t good for you. Quick fixes is exactly that, a quick fix. It becomes unhealthy. Instead of searching for that instant satisfying moment, you should really search for what makes you struggle. I know that sounds extreme, but, the more you are willing to struggle, the more your mind will overcome, the more you will start to make progress, and your body and mind will feel good and happy in the long run. A journey that yes, is hard, but, it helps you with experiencing delayed gratification, and in the long run will teach you how to achieve your long-term goals.
